Drive innovation from concept to commercialization while collaborating with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight to position InnovateCorp as a pioneer in the post-2025 technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital interfaces) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption readiness
- Build thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with >$10M revenue impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
