- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Quantify long-term ROI of emerging technology investments
- Mentor technology leadership teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
