- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess strategic implications for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market strategy teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption risks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
