- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across 500+ global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching products at scale using emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certified in Futures Thinking (WFS) and Technology Strategy (CTS)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
