Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligning with organizational goals and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design innovation frameworks and governance models for rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Foster strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
