Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum/AI convergence projects
- Partner with UN Digital Futures Council on ethical AI frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants from federal/state programs
- Architect blockchain-based carbon credit verification systems
- Present findings at Davos Tech Summit and CES 2026
- Mentor fellows in emerging tech commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ quantum/AI leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications
- Federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) safety frameworks
