Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in futuristic domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech

- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
