- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies for commercial viability and risk assessment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing future technology task force
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M and cross-functional teams
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
