Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead ideation workshops for emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR convergence)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate technical capabilities into product-market fit frameworks
- Manage innovation pipelines from concept to pilot deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation leadership outcomes
