Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum algorithms in production
- Certified in Ethics in AI (IEEE or ACM)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA or similar innovation ecosystem funding
