Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions with global impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Develop KPIs and frameworks to measure technological readiness and market disruption potential
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks balancing innovation with societal responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching transformative technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, neurotech, climate-tech, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
