Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, decentralized systems)
- Identify and build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling technology teams in hyper-growth environments
- Prior work with Fortune 500 companies or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
