- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Guide ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale innovations
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory trends
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
