Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, metaverse) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
- Oversee the creation of technology adoption models for enterprise clients
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Track record of launching technology products with market impact >$100M
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on technology forecasting
