Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with real-world applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Strategize technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation portfolios balancing high-risk breakthroughs with scalable commercial solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology implementation
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling technology operations for global markets with >$100M impact
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and innovation management methodologies
