Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and monitor technology adoption trends
- Guide R&D investments toward breakthrough innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to commercial success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
