Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling prototype solutions for future markets
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic trends to anticipate technological adoption barriers
- Design strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems
