Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their enterprise implications
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption and deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor regulatory developments in tech policy and compliance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, INSEAD)
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology transformation initiatives
