Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and transportation sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products (portfolio required)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with venture capital due diligence processes
