Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation human-computer interaction systems
- Partner with sustainability teams to develop carbon-negative technology solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior engineers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technology domains
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced cryptography
- Track record of shipping complex systems with >10M users or equivalent impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing Series B+ funding or managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Published research at NeurIPS, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 venues
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
