Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, aligning architecture with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-performance software architectures using modern paradigms.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Blockchain, Sustainable Computing) to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, IoT ecosystems, or next-gen web frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
