Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen frameworks integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols for 2026 deployment
- Design sustainable tech infrastructure with zero-carbon computing principles
- Partner with governments and UN bodies on global tech policy for 2026 digital sovereignty
- Prototype blockchain-based solutions for supply chain transparency and carbon tracking
- Mentor quantum computing interns and PhD fellows through our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Present breakthrough architectures at Davos, CES, and IEEE 2026 conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech initiatives with 2026+ deployment horizons
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with ISO 21434 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
