Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with broader business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable architectural solutions for complex business problems.
- Establish best practices for technology governance, security, and compliance.
- Predict industry trends and advise stakeholders on long-term technological investments.
- Oversee the integration of new systems into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology transformations.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
