Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and distributed ledger architectures
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on human-computer interaction evolution
- Certification in Neuralink Interface Development or equivalent neuro-technology credential
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private funding for futuristic technology initiatives
