Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) and assess their commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused technology implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
