Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex system issues
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and skill-building workshops
- Complete industry-recognized certification training (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
