- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan) preferred
- Experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmapping
- Prior success in securing $3M+ innovation funding
