Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap identifying emerging trends with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Develop implementation frameworks for sustainable tech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological investments with business objectives
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Monitor global tech policy developments and influence industry standards
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in systems architecture and exponential technology adoption curves
- Experience securing federal/state grants for R&D initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation lifecycle completions
