- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Fluency in Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
