- Develop quantitative frameworks for assessing technology ROI and adoption pathways
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and developing long-term roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to model complex systems
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
