Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning future tech capabilities with business objectives for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to position company as a market pioneer

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, emerging technology analysis, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
