Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to align commercialization strategies with future capabilities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development processes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/servicesAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling for technology ROI projections
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
