Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
