Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, advanced AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with academic institutions on future-focused research initiatives
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience developing ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
