Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers/researchers
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical standards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to production
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and innovation frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech development and governance
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
- Experience with federal tech policy and compliance (NIST, ISO)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
