Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging tech

- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
