- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and ethical implementation frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven success in scaling futuristic technologies from concept to commercialization
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
