Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech (NIST, ISO 27072)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in future-tech venture capital
