Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology adoption or R&D leadership

- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
