Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable R&D initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight reports to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Oversee prototyping of 2026-era solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate R&D or tech strategy with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
