- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs

- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of future tech trends and market disruption patterns
- Experience managing R&D budgets over $5M
- Certification in innovation management or futures thinking preferred
