Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with 2026 commercialization focus
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions through agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for cutting-edge research
- Foster a culture of innovation through internal workshops and knowledge-sharing platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
