Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and brain-computer integration
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and acquire disruptive technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget and oversee patent development processes
- Coordinate with UN tech policy committees on ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for government-level technology projects
