Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design blueprints for scalable, ethical tech implementations aligned with ESG principles
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI
- Build and lead a dedicated future technologies incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong leadership background in cross-functional global teams
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
