Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) and assess commercial viability through market research and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, sustainable tech
- Experience with patent strategy and IP development
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning or equivalent
