Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF)
