Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product development and operational frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological shifts and industry disruptions
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
