Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic relevance and market potential
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Lead innovation workshops to generate and prioritize breakthrough concepts
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments with product development cycles
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
