Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market applications
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot users
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation ecosystems
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on long-term technology horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management at tech-forward companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 15+
