Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to accelerate tech integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Lead competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
